Triumph Street Triple RS is a well-regarded bike, but the others you listed all get top ranks too. I would personally go for one of the others for more low-end torque and street-bias unless you plan to run track days. DFW is not exactly rich with twisty roads. Up quick-shifters can be added to any bike that doesn't have a factory option. Another significant difference between the RS and the R is the revised steering geometry for the RS, achieved with different suspension than the R. The Speed Triple has barely any more horsepower as the Daytona. It has DOUBLE the torque though, across the entire RPM range. As a matter of fact, the Daytona is probably as fast or faster than the Speed Triple. But the Speed Triple will wheelie effortlessly even at highway speeds :P.
Don't get the LRH, it has a bespoke suspension (different than the regular Street Triple) plus thinner seat. Heck, you should be able to flat foot even the taller Speed Triple. Newtonhog.
